Recycling

A large amount of waste its generated around the world each year, creating serious problems to our future. One of the most important challenges for us as a company that recycles and recover scrap material is the commitment to create a better world and society, Joining efforts through recycling. Creating awareness for a promising present and future.

Recycle is the process where waste material are collected and transformed into new ones that can be used or sold as new products or raw materials; aims at recovery, in a way direct or indirect, the main purpose its to recover most of the components of each waste.

Metal
Recycling

Most of the metals that exist in the world can be melted and reprocessed creating new materials. Metals like Aluminum, Copper, and Steel are easy to recycle when they are not mixed with other substances because they can be melted, change shape, or adjust to the previous one. Of this materials steel has de highest commercial demand, while Aluminum recycling is increasing around the world. Recycling and Recover is becoming a great source of new materials.

Aluminum is de most abundant metal in the world.

Metal waste can be of two types:

FERROUS METALS

Is the waste created during the steel process production, highly valued for recycling, It saves up to 62% of energy in difference to the steel process, avoiding a lot of pollution to earth, this kind of metal comes mostly  from car parts . In our company this type of material constitutes about 3%, we use special magnets to separate it from the rest of the scrap, this is one of the easiest materials to recover.

NON-FERROUS METALS

The metals that do not come from steel, known for it’s wide variety of applications, they can be classified according to their density.

In this non-ferrous metals that can be found in our residues you can find aluminum, copper and brass, however, the main non-ferrous metal recovered is aluminum, which is considered the most abundant metal on the planet.

Although the recovery of these metals is usually more complex, it is equally necessary to avoid the continuous extraction of raw materials, protecting the environment.

For this reason, a great effort is made when it comes to recovering them, since it saves large amounts to nature, as well as energy savings that can reach 96% in the case of aluminum.

PLASTIC

The recycling of plastic is the process of recovery of plastic waste. The three main purposes of recycled plastic are direct reuse, the use as raw material for the manufacture of new products and their conversion as fuel or as new chemical products.
